School Me - Squat, Seated Press, Barbell Row - Empty Bar
I hurt my petallar tendon in my left knee a couple weeks ago squatting so I stopped and just did BW work. The pain has subsided and I want to get back under the bar but I am worried about going heavy again without at least having someone check my form out.. I've only been at it about 5 weeks. I threw presses and barbell rows in there but the bar is empty so I understand if you don't want to check it out. Some feedback on the squat would be appreciated though.
