Default Belt for assistance and accessory lifts

    Coach,

When I move from the main lifts to the assistance work, do you recommend leaving the belt on? for example, on an intermediate program, I'm doing RDLs after squats, and curls after deadlifts.

    Thanks,

    GN

If you have a back injury, keep the belt on. If not, I doubt you need a belt for RDLs, which by definition are lighter than deadlifts. Very heavy barbell curls will benefit from a belt.

That makes sense. I definitely feel the belt doing its work on curls.
