    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    Wanted to share my positive experience doing some 1x1 coaching with Noah Milstein. I have gone to him twice now for coaching form on the big 4 lifts. He obviously knows his stuff and has helped me tremendously. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get some coaching.
