Schedule strength and climbing
Hello, I am just starting lifting have never done much for strength training other then little body weight training.
A friend recommended starting strength.
In addition to lifting my family has just started wall climbing on Sundays.
Sunday will be wall climbing, some swimming, other.
With that what days would be good lifting schedule, to avoid either hurting the other to much? I was thinking lift Tuesday and Thursday, then climbing Sunday, that gives good recovery before climbing, and a recovery after climbing before lifting.
