    http://youtu.be/2Lcfd2Kgrhs - This week's heavy set (110kg x 5), now 100% GoPro-free.

Any tips or comments would be highly appreciated. In particular, is my concept of knee movement and position at the bottom correct?

I have some patellar tendon discomfort in one leg from squatting way wrong before and from doing a certain ill-advised metcon type thing, that I've since discontinued. The only cues I'm focusing on during the set are "vertical bar path" and "knees out". If I understand correctly, my knees should be ending up about where they need to. There looks to be a slight twitch forward at the bottom on some of the reps but hopefully not enough to cause problems.

    Thanks in advance.

Basically as you said. There's a very slight movement knee movement at the bottom, but it's negligible. At least that what I'd say to most. If you already have something irritating you in your patellar tendon, then you may need to be more perfectionist than most about this. The movement you have may not be enough to cause problems in a normal knee, but may be enough to aggravate problems in an already aggravated knee.

Normally I'd also say that you're going a bit too slow on the descent and muting the bounce. But given your knees history, I understand why.
