    Hi,

Would appreciate some feedback on my squat from your trained eyes.

    Final set of 5 @ 160kg

    5'7, 85kg

    Some things I've struggled with:

-bar path- looks like it moves forward during the descent - this doesn't happen on the lighter sets
    -not enough 'chest-up'?
-lumbar flexion- is this amount acceptable? I have trouble keeping things 'neutral', ie not over-extended

    Cheers!

I need a bigger video than this. YouTube or Vimeo, por favor, with links to their sites.

This is apparently Vimeo, or VBulletin fucking with us. I was able to watch your squat after editing your post. It then flipped it back. Not sure why. What I can tell you is that your squat looks pretty damn good. If I wanted to pick nits, I would point to your upper back rounding a little on the descent. If you notice the bar rolling up on you, make an effort to keep your elbows down a little as you descend. Nice work.

Not sure what happened there, I thought I posted a direct link. Anyway thanks for taking the time.

Re: upper back rounding- thanks for pointing that out. I stumbled upon an article by SSC Bill Hannon about this very topic. Didn't even realise I was doing it. Perhaps loosening up a tad too much in between reps too.
