    Good afternoon all,

My stationary bike of 20 years - which I use for conditioning - broke.

I used to train Muay Thai (5 years), and I have an 80lbs bag at home.

    For conditioning, should I get:

    A) Heavy bag stand
    B) A spin bike

    Thoughts?

buy an airdyne, cheaper than the spin bike, or a c2 rower (about the same price as a spin bike)

What does an airdyne cost down south? I found a used one on kijiji here for 450. I think it's an AD6.

Pick up 50' of 2" rope at a marine outfitter, & a used airdyne. Those 2 things and the heavybag make for a nice hiit collection.

Prowlers are great, but if I had to listen to a neighbor's prowler screeching along my street, I'd be incredibly pissed.

Funny enough, the tech infrastructure of Bozeman MT is quite a bit better than my two former home cities: San Francisco & Seattle.
