3 day intermediate OL programme - critique
Hi Mark,
As per your advice, I'm going to try and be sneaky and continue to strength train while also training up for OL competitions which I'm hoping to enter in starting in April. How does this programme I've designed look?:
Intermediate Olympic lifting programme:
Monday:
Snatch volume
Clean and jerk volume
Squats 1s and 2s
Press 3x5
Pullups
Wednesday:
Snatch medium
Clean and jerk medium
Front squat 3x3
snatch pulls/clean and jerk pulls
Bench 3x5
Friday:
Snatch heavy singles
Clean and jerk heavy singles
Squat 3x5
Dealift 1x5/RDL 1x8-10
Your criticism/advice is, as always, most appreciated.

Looks okay. You may find that it helps to change the type of work between the snatch and C&J, like not doing volume on both on the same day.
