    Notes: Recovery wasn't great over weekend. Played bball. Didn't eat enough. Front of hips hurt during squats, stance may be too wide.

    Notes: Don't know what happened. Missed meals earlier in week may have altered recovery. Practiced RVJ yesterday. Probably should have started jumping by 5lbs a couple workouts ago.
    Wt: 170.6

    Squat form has been deteriorating over last couple workouts.

    Very tired. Played bball yesterday. Dumb.

    Squat: 185x5/5/5 Good
    Bench: 180x5/5/5 Medium
    Dead: 245x5 Medium

    Notes: Decided to go back and make sure squat form is good and work back up from there. Need to remember to look down on squats. Emphasize HIP DRIVE.
