Notes: Don't know what happened. Missed meals earlier in week may have altered recovery. Practiced RVJ yesterday. Probably should have started jumping by 5lbs a couple workouts ago.

Notes: Decided to go back and make sure squat form is good and work back up from there. Need to remember to look down on squats. Emphasize HIP DRIVE.
