    Sorry, Herp, but you're thinking of this incorrectly. Currently, you thrust your hips forward half way up the rep. See how your forceful forward hip thrust is almost throwing you off balance at the top? Hip drive is an UPward motion.

    I'm sorry, I couldn't help but burst out laughing at the hip thrusts. Looks like your air-fucking. As Baresteel said, hip drive is simply an upward motion. Drive your hips straight up out of the hole. No need to thrust your hips forward as if you were locking out a deadlift.

    Good squats, just add a belt. Aside from comments on hip drive, your stance may be too wide by about an inch or two.
