Nice squat, do you mind sharing what exactly your leg accessory work consists of?
Ok so thought I'd start posting a log over here on SS.
I started SL5x5 in June 2009.
Current Stats:
UK
Age: 32
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 288lb/130kg
Squat: 501lb/227.5kg - 451lb/205kg x4
Bench: 352lb/160kg - 325lb/147.5kg x5
Deadlift: 578lb/262.5kg - 540lb/245kg x3 (Beltless)
SOHP: 242lb/110kg - 237lb/107.5kg x2
Push Press: 253lb/115kg
I use my own program which is currently as follows
Saturday: Squats + leg accessory work
Tuesday: Bench + Pull Ups
Wednesday: Deadlifts
Friday: Push Press + Shoulder Work
My last session was Squats and went as follows:
60kg x5
100kg x3
140kg x2
160kg x1
Belt on
197.5kg x2
Belt off
167.5kg x3
147.5kg x3
