    Ok so thought I'd start posting a log over here on SS.

    I started SL5x5 in June 2009.

    Current Stats:

    UK
    Age: 32
    Height: 6'3"
    Weight: 288lb/130kg
    Squat: 501lb/227.5kg - 451lb/205kg x4
    Bench: 352lb/160kg - 325lb/147.5kg x5
    Deadlift: 578lb/262.5kg - 540lb/245kg x3 (Beltless)
    SOHP: 242lb/110kg - 237lb/107.5kg x2
    Push Press: 253lb/115kg

    I use my own program which is currently as follows

    Saturday: Squats + leg accessory work
    Tuesday: Bench + Pull Ups
    Wednesday: Deadlifts
    Friday: Push Press + Shoulder Work

    My last session was Squats and went as follows:

    60kg x5
    100kg x3
    140kg x2
    160kg x1
    Belt on
    197.5kg x2
    Belt off
    167.5kg x3
    147.5kg x3

    Nice squat, do you mind sharing what exactly your leg accessory work consists of?

    Thanks mate,

    Accessory work is usally tradition bodybuilding type work on leg press, leg extensions, calf raises, hamstring curls etc

    At the moment I'm focusing on Ham work after squatting.

    60kg x5
    80kg x3
    100kg x3
    120kg x2
    147.5kg x5 equal PR
    140kg x5
    132.5kg x6

    Pull ups

    BW (130kg)
    +2.5kg x3
    +7.5kg x3
    +12.5kg x3 PR

    starting strength coach development program
    Last couple of sessions:

    Push Press

    40kg x5
    60kg x3
    80kg x2
    90kg x1
    100kg x3
    100kg x1
    100kg x1
    105kg x1
    110kgx1

    Lateral raises and reverse fly to finish.

    Squats

    60kg x5
    100kg x3
    140kg x2
    160kg x1
    Belt on
    200kg x2
    Belt Off
    170kg x3
    150kg x3

    I've got videos of both sessions which i'll post up later, down with a cold so probably wont be lifting until weekend now.
