Press Form Check

Not bad, Ned. You don't get your hips forward that much, but your timing with the bounce is pretty good. If you can reach further, you'll get more of a kick from that part of the movement, but I certainly sympathize with those of us whose hips just don't move that far forward.
It does look like you need your elbows a little more forward in the bottom/set-up position; think elbows forward but squeezing triceps into lats so everything is tight. And be sure to lock the reps out fully at the top; make sure your elbows are locked all the way.
