Deadlifts 328 lb. form check
I have three of your books and watched your video multiple times. I'm working hard to get the angles right and set hips right from start (as opposed to low and then starting the movement by getting them into correct position).
The hardest for me has been learning to squeeze the chest up but feel like making progress. I think this is getting close but would really appreciate any critique.

Just start with your hips higher, and all that movement before you pull will go away.
