Does the butt moving first in the deadlift make your back arch? Looking at some of these videos it looks like the butt is first to move and then the lift goes to crap. Also could you explain the difference between a clean deadlift and a deadlift? Also why is the RDL so important to Olympic lifting? It just seems inefficient to work half the deadlift under your deadlift weight. I am already sorry I asked the question because it means I am thinking too much and now my brain is getting in the way of my lifting but the beer is inhibiting my ability not to hit submit. These question come because I am thinking of following Dr. Hartman's Olympic lifting program. Thanks Rip linear progression is the shit
