China Science Barbell

Coach, after watching the latest platform video, "Is Your Bar Straight" I began to question the quality of the bar I own. The bar is straight and cost $338, but I have been wondering if it may actually even been worth that. When I purchased the bar a while back, I neglected to ask what type of bar it was (the bar has a lifetime rating). Months later I noticed that the bar finally has a description online as a China Science bar.

The bar has had no bending issues when I load 500lb+ on the bar, but I will have to see how that changes as I get stronger. I think the bar kind of looks like a Texas power bar, but given that it is a Chinese bar, I am a bit concerned about quality.

Guess my question is, do you think this bar looks like a decent bar (I attached some pictures), or am I better off getting another bar?

Never heard of it. You Canadians have access to imported stuff we never see.
