    Default It's been awhile since I've filmed my squats...

    ...and I'm not too happy with what I saw. I deloaded my squat tonight and did a set of 10 with 315 at 181 bodyweight. It wasn't super-hard, but it wasn't pretty either. At least they're consistent: every rep looks a little shallow and involves the bar moving forward.



    I need to rein this in. Rip, what cue(s) would you tell me to focus on next time?

    Shove your knees out for the depth. Your hips are tracking back instead of straight up, which is pulling your knees back. Focus on driving hips straight up.
