Press-Focused 4 Day Texas Method
Hi Brent, thanks for all that you do. I'm wanting to follow the 4 day Texas Method, but I'd like to focus a lot more on the press. Would a template like this work? Is there anything you would change?

In theory I think this could work just fine. The thing that would make a bigger difference is what was done before this program and how can you slowly transition into this. Remember we don't add assistance exercise just because and we also don't recommend you go and change a whole lot of variables at once. Add in one exercise and see how that affects your program and go from there.
