Coaches in upstate New York

I'm wondering if you know any good coaches in the upstate New York area, especially someone who can teach the squat. Hell I'll drive anywhere in state or in PA to find someone who can tell me what I'm doing wrong. I haven't been able to squat without hurting my back since February, and I'm nearly ready to give up "training". Hell I've even considered driving the 23hr drive down to WFAC, seeing as a don't have a video camera and definitely cannot afford a cert.

If you know anyone who might be able to help I'd really appreciate it.
