Maybe Blue is bulking and after a few scary incidents (maybe he ate the cat and the pizza delivery boy) his wife decided to only put on 3 candles because she now knows that he will eat those too.

The whole "Coach Rip said" thing has become a running joke between me and the wife. When I first started SS, she would ask "why are you eating so much," or "it can't be good to drink that much milk." To which I always answered "Coach Rip said I could." That has now morphed into her asking "why didn't you wash the dishes," or "why did you turn off the hot water when I was taking a shower?" And I answer " because Coach Rip said I could." I guess she figured my birthday would be happy if Ole Rip ordered it to be so.

And yes, I ate that cake and most of the cupcakes by myself. And yes there are only 3 candles because I can't be trusted around open flames.
