    Default Help me pump up my carb amounts.

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    I think im fine on the protein front, but ive been feeling a bit lethargic lately.
    Ill admit. Im too much of a pussy to do GOMAD.

    This is what i ate today.

    50/50 oats and whey + peanut butter + whole milk
    8 scrambled eggs with cheese, peppers, onions
    3 cheeseburgers, pasta with alfredo sauce
    50/50 oats and whey + peanut butter + whole milk
    2 double whoppers and a large fries order.
    a cup of almonds and some cheese cubes
    a scoop casein in water, 1 cup of this nasty shit called cottage cheese.

    Probably need to eat more in general.

    How much do you weight? That sounds like plenty of carbs.

    6'2'' 197. Need to be atleast 220 for the inches x 3 lbs formula.

    I think you might be fine, really. At what rate are you gaining weight? You can always add ice cream to the shakes you make.

    about 1-2 lbs a month. Strength is going up.

    Then it's just a question of eating what you ate today every single day, because that's not what you're doing.

    Currently working once a week at my part time job, so its more "stop being a lazy ass".
