    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    Anyone have any experience with a SNAC related four corner wrist fusion and recovery? I am mortified I might not be able to lift for a long time/ever again?

    no idea what that is but i have totally broken both of my wrists, twice, in different parts every time. they work pretty fine, theyre definately smaller, but only way to know is if you try, with the bar.
