    Default doomed to lankiness?

    I am 6'3", 225lbs. I started at 185lbs. I'm probably 20%ish bodyfat now. I just took my measurements tonight.

    Waist: 38.5
    Hip: 42.5
    Thigh: 24
    Upper Arm: 13.5 (relaxed)
    Shoulders: 51.5

I've got some pretty broad shoulders now. A decent sized back. BUT LOOK AT MY EFFING ARMS. They make me sad. My bench hit 250 for 3x2, Press hit 172.5 for 3x2.

I don't really care about aesthetics, but I am starting to look ridiculous with this thick trunk and spindly arms, no?

More importantly, do you bang arms every day?

I do ~ 1x a week currently. I'd do them more often, but I'm currently doing a shitload of pulling volume w/ snatches and cleans, so I don't know if more frequency will impact recovery.

The number of questions this video can answer is astounding. One of the best lifting videos of all time right here. I am going to watch it again. Motah-twos, mothafuckah!

Why not just do some bi/tri fluff work a few times a week?

I need to figure out how to get my phone to play it as my alarm. How can you have a bad day after waking up to CT commanding shit to grow?

You also gotta think, most bench bros your size (or smaller?) are probably repping around 275-315 for 8-12 reps on bench. So you got some ways to go.

Plus yeah, gotta bang them arms as Adam pointed out.

Snatches and Cleans aren't going to do much for your arms. For me, chins make my arms grow. I try to do them twice a week. 2 sets of 8, when i get two sets of 8 unbroken I add 5lbs. If I don't get 2 sets of 8, I keep doing them util I get 16-20 reps. The volume is low, and it does not affect my other lifts.
