Squat/Clean Form Assessment

I haven't lifted weights in years. I have done bodyweight exercises only. I recently am getting back into lifting for strength. My workouts consist of 5 reps 5 sets total body 3x per week with squatting every session. I am only using compound movements. I am using really light weights to try to get the form down. I have been at it for about 2 weeks now, and my form is in the toilet. I read most of the posts after finding this board, and I think some of your comments have helps my squat a little. If you have time, could you take a look at my form and try to give me a few pointers. I'm stuck and without a coach I don't think I am improving. I ordered your SS book and it should get here this week. I can't wait to read it. Thanks for all your time helping us all out. It means a lot.

There are lots of little problems, but nothing major, and nothing that the book won't help you with immediately. Look down when you squat, drive your ass up, long straight arms on the clean, jump back instead of forward, all the stuff I yell about in the posts.
