Hi everyone first time posting a form check I'd just like to see your thoughts on my squat form, I suspect that i'm losing thoracic extension and then its making me good morning the rest of the rep? The 1st rep seemed ok to me maybe I should of lent forward more at the start of the rep to keep a good bar path and then the reps after that seem pretty gnarly, I also think I forgot to set my lower back arch after the 1st rep while bracing which could be the cause for some rounding on the way back up also?

Im 6'3 and 201lbs if that matters

Heres the video & thanks for taking the time to have a look -

Yes. All extension is being lost here. Were you ever able to make it look right? This video may help:

Thanks for the reply Ryan, I believe I've been able to keep thoracic extension before on a lower weight I guess I just have to fight harder to keep my chest up as the weight gets heavier for me? and that video was very helpful thanks, just clarification on it - say at the top of the squat I should take my breath in, brace core and then set my lower back? or set the lower back and then breath/brace or is the order its done in not overly important

Fight to keep your chest up, but also nipples to the floor, mate! this stuff is hard isn't it! Intuitively as much as physically. Even more-so for me, at least for now.

Honestly i can see you're probably losing the extension, but the angle make it pretty tough. Move the camera further back so it's not like wer'e looking up to you from the floor. And put it a little more behind you as well rather than directly to the side. Side-views are good for seeing bar path but for checking thoracic spine extension, it would help to be able to see the thoracic spine a little more.
