    Hi Coaches,

I must have done something wrong in my previous posting, maybe the fact that i was running and did not properly trim the video. Here is the trimmed version:

All feedback is appreciated. And T-Rex jokes are allowed, there is not much i can do about that.

    Thank you!

That's the trimmed version?!?!?! I waited 30 seconds and you still hadn't taken the bar out of the rack. I got bored and left.

I have shoulder flexibility issues so it is hard to setup low bar. i could do what most people with those problems do and HBBS, but i did not skip the setup so it would be easier to tell whether or not it is in the right position. But sorry about that then, here are just the reps:

Watch your video and pay attention to your knees. See how they continue to travel forward all the way to the bottom. That's wrong. Your knees should stop moving forward by the time you get about half way down. Shove them forward and out right away, then sit back and down into the bottom. Here's a good example. Pay attention to his knees.

A TUBOW is useful to help you correct this. Search the board for how to use it.

    Hi coach Horn,

So i worked TUBOWing the warmups and i think i got the knee issue under control this time. However, doing so brought forth other issues, like going too deep and the set being too hard too early via a kind-of squamorning. There are other factors that could have affected the 5RM attempt, and hopefully the next volume day helps take care of things more cohesively.

If it is OK i will post another update from V day. Thank you for time!

It's a little better, but it's quite difficult to make real changes to your technique with a 2RM. Show me some volume day.
