    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025

    13 months post op from complete supraspinatus tendon tear reattachment and recovering from a bone stress reaction in the pubic where the adductor muscle attaches.

    Just attended the Melbourne Starting Strength Seminar and it was great!

    Here was Monday's 1/31/11 numbers

    Squat
    175 x 5 x 3

    Press
    125 x 5 x 3

    Deadlift
    275 x 5 x 1

    Pullups
    8 x 7 x 5

    Incline Situps
    15 x 3

    It's always nice to meet people our age that haven't given up on being athletic. Since I've been squatting like Rip teaches, my adductor pain has diminished a great deal and is allowing me to finally start moving up on the squats.
