pretty good, but I think "knees out" needs more emphasis.
(I was terrible at this when figuring it out) Just try as hard as you can to split the crotch of your pants when lowering yourself down.

I think Nisora33 was spot on. Keep lifting and things will get tighter on the bottom. More mental focus - good job man!
I think your descent is too speedy and is causing your knees to move around and sometimes come forward at the bottom. Other than that, most other things look okay. Good depth, good balance, lumbar extension, etc...

The way the knees continue to travel forward right to the bottom suggests the knees out technique is not being applied.
Knees should reach their final position during the first part of the squat.
