    I see a little rounded back. Especially, I wonder if there is danger to injury.
    Can I carry on like this trying to squeeze up more?

    Your back is rounding a little more than I would like, especially at 78 kg. Don't deload, but arch your back more. Point your chest at the wall in front of you.
