Don't laugh at my choice of squat rack... It's the best I can get at the moment (I'm using bench press for squats).

OK, I'll ignore that for now.
You're going too deep and not getting any bounce. Cut a few inches off and drive your hips up right when you get below parallel. Stay in your hips the whole way up.
Any particular reason why you're doing so many reps with a light weight?
And, if you're stuck squatting out of an upright support bench for the moment, at least get some proper lifting shoes.
