    The big things for you to think about are keeping the bar over the middle of the foot and pushing up with your hips for the duration of the lift. You like to lift your chest. Stay with your hips.

    Thank you Tom. Do these look better? I concentrated on knees out on the way down and hip drive on way up. This is 2nd set...

    Those look pretty good. Starting at rep three you wanted to rush things a little at the bottom. Sometimes you relaxed a touch with some forward knee movement. Just stay tight as the set progresses. Carry on.
