Thank you Tom. Do these look better? I concentrated on knees out on the way down and hip drive on way up. This is 2nd set...

Those look pretty good. Starting at rep three you wanted to rush things a little at the bottom. Sometimes you relaxed a touch with some forward knee movement. Just stay tight as the set progresses. Carry on.
