That was the first day of my second run at this program. Thanks for the feedback; I'll have deadlift up next (soon).
What happened the last time you ran the program?
Oh nothing, but I had to stop lifting for a few months due to life circumstances.
115 seems kind of light for a guy like you that has done the program before.
I titrated my sets up to get that weight. I could have gone heavier, but I started to feel the fatigue coming and feared it effects on my ability to keep good form.
What weight did you get to the first time you did the program?
230 lbs.
