I walk from my car to the gym
Talk about about 5 min max
If something is bothering me, I foam roll or stretch for about 5 min.
    Squat the empty bar 2x5

I'm with Leah. Walk to gym, get changed, do a set of 5-7 of the empty bar with whatever movement I'm doing. I won't usually roll anything unless it feels wrong in that first set with the bar.

    Also, #teamplatejumps

    but I'm lazy

Row for 10 minutes, 2x10 empty bar squats (very slowly, pausing at the bottom without relaxing, really stretches shit out.)

I put all the weights back that were left around the piece of equipment I am using (bench or rack). That warms me up. Then I go right into my lifts.

I lift outside at my house, store my stuff inside.

Warm up consists of dragging all of the weight & bar I'm going to use outside.

    starting strength coach development program
LTEs with the empty EZ curl bar, 2 x 8 before squats to loosen up my shoulders & elbows. It's really done wonders.

    Bar x 2 x 5 (skip these for deads)
    40% x 5
    60% x 3
    80% x 2
    90% x 2
    wait about two minutes
    LIFT

I have a printout of the warmup weights based on working weight tacked up by the rack and platform.
