impact of Cold/flu on training
Hello i just have a very quick question (probably been asked but i couldn't find the exact same inquiry). Much to my dismay, I've been a bit ill this week with cold and flu-ish symptoms and while i am now feeling better, i still don't quite feel up to doing my Friday workout on the advanced novice program. I completed my workout on Monday and Wednesday though so i am only missing one session. I was just wondering if i should increase 5lbs after the weekend as i've only missed one squat sesh and haven't lost much weight at all. The successful Monday workout for squats was 375lbsx5x3. Thanks.

Your strength didn't go anywhere. If you're fully recoverd and hydrated, carry on where you left off.
