    I actually like pistol squats, and if you can do them with a heavy DB that's pretty badass.

    Most guys can't even RDL 160kg, let alone do it single-legged and elevated.

    Hehe, good one. One little flaw there: the position of his wrists suggest that he is just guiding the bar down after a completed lift instead of letting it go from full height.
