    I reset a bit since this thread and am back to 275 3x5. I think I have been getting deeper. The twist is still there some (less, maybe) and I'm consciously trying to swing my left shoulder in. Confirmation of adequate depth would be appreciated, as would any further suggestions on staying square. Happy to post another view if that might help.

    The video is so dark that I cannot say for sure if you are deep enough. Further the plates obscure the top of your knee. I think you are deep enough, but that is mostly a guess. I do think that your knees could probably be a little further forward. Your shin looks rather vertical at the moment.

    Sorry about the video. I'll do the 45 degree next time around and improve the lighting. Thanks very much for looking.
