    Hi!

First, thanx to all You coaches for all you help! Today i did 5x220 lbs, which was PR for me. Unfortunately I didn't film it but I filmed another set doing 1x220lbs (2-3 minutes after my first). Could I have formcheck on that lift?

    Thanx in advance!

A set of five would be better for a form critique. You need to go deeper. I dig the Swedish flag hanging in front of you. As cool as it is, don't look right at it while you squat. Look down more and not just with your eyes. Lower your chin. You would benefit from some weightlifting shoes, too.

When you come out of the hole your hips shoot up and your back angle changes. In other words: your knees and ankles are extending faster than your hips. A helpful cue might be 'chest up'

There are bigger problems to worry about first.

Ok, thanx for the help. I'll repost after next session. And I will focus on chin-down and going deeper in the squat... Funny when doing them it feels like a lot deeper than what the video shows. I'll look into weightlifting shoes, are they also to be used for deadlifting or is the elevated heel a bad thing for the deadlift?

I like to wear weightlifting shoes for all my lifts, deadlift included. Also, your squat is not in big trouble, I would just rather you correct the bigger issues first.
