Narrow your grip an inch per side. You'll be amazed at how much this helps.
gday mate, i did a 1RM of 70kg attempt on the press. any tips or comments are appreciated. looking at the last warm up at 65kg i thought the grip looked a little wide so for the 70kg attempt i narrowed the grip a little.

cheers ill give it a go. i was keeping the grip a little wide cause it helped me get the eldows more forward, thanks again.
