Do you think that SS is a compatible conditioning program for Squash? I am feeling slower and less snappier on the courts since seriously starting the program. Strength Training is my main focus right now, but I love Squash too and was wondering if SS is a bad idea for Squash in particular. I do the program on M/W/F and maybe play a Squash match once a week to stay sharp, though I plan on switching focus to Squash again in September.

    Thanks for your time.

I have no experience with squash, but a little with racquetball. I'd say that if you're tired from training, then you are training correctly, and this must be accounted for in your court schedule. You must have noticed that the strength has made you a better player when fatigue has not made it hard to display. I think that a strength program is not only compatible, but the mark of an athlete committed to any sport.

if strength training is your goal, wouldnt the question be better stated as "is playing squash compatible with SS?"
