Ive been on SS for a week now. Not really something to be proud of as in accomplishing a week but im getting stronger and thats the purpose of all this. Today, i squatted 3x5 with 95 lbs. However, on each set, i struggled on the fourth and fifth rep. I had done sufficient warm up prior to this stuff. Should i still up the weight on wednesday or should i keep 95 lbs for another workout? Sorry about the fact that i cant post a video. I dont really have a camera.

I'm not sure how much you're stuggling (it should be hard and it'll get harder), but let me pre-empt a potential next post of yours: eat more and presuming your form is fine you'll be good.
