    G'day Rip,

could you please take a look at my squat? Here I'm squatting 140kg for 3x5. I've been trying to find the balance between sufficient depth and not losing hamstring tightness. I feel as though this is as deep as I go without losing some tightness, but the depth looks borderline to me.

I'm also aware that as I fatigue on the later sets, I tend to begin to lose the bar forward. Working on that.

It's also worth mentioning that I get pain in my patella tendon just below my patella, especially my left knee. Though, this could be more from power cleans, right? It would make sense, since my PC racking form sucks.

    Thanks,
    Tim

Shitty angle, but looks like your dropping forward at the bottom, and this would definitely irritate a patellar tendon already inflamed.

Sorry about the angle. My garage is only narrow, and the rack is built in, so there's not much I can do about it.

Do you mean knees sliding forward? Or my torso dropping forward and leaving me on my toes?

I guess from your silence on the depth, you think its okay - at least from that angle...
