Hey all just wanted to say thanks for all the information on these boards and thanks to Rip for publishing his books and hosting this site.
My 3x5 for squats have gone from 115 on 2/1 to 225 yesterday. I have eaten a lot, rested a lot, and really focused on proper form. The vids that everyone posts, and the commentary on them really helped me to get a better feeling for proper form. Some day I will record myself and ask for feedback.
My Bodyweight and fat % didn't change much, I am 6'2" and ~220, i think i gained about 5 lbs but not really looking to gain weight.
Oh, and I am 50 years young.

The best thing about weight training is that we're really, at the end of all the bullshit, only competing with ourselves. You'll be amazed at what you're capable of......
