Staley 2 day seminar.

Has anyone here attended the Charles Staley 2 day seminar? I was thinking of hitting one up and I was wondering how it was and what your experience was there? Heard it is olympic lifting, power lifting, and some other stuff.

Stick, we've only done 2 of these thus far, so you're not likely to get any takers. The seminar is focused on O lifts, although we did an impromptu DL session last weekend
