After my last squat, which I abandoned because of real tightness in my hammies (first day back after three weeks off), I got the following weird injury, which I've had many times in my life. The fleshy backside of my knee, not my knee but the back of my leg opposite the knee, right where the hamstrings connect, is swollen and a bit tender and fully extending my leg (locking it out) is uncomfortable right there. Walking seems to loosen it up pretty good but then it tightens up again.

If people know what that's called, and what to do for it besides ice and rest, that would be cool. Thanks.
