Pulled Calf Muscle
I pulled my calf 2.5 weeks ago & re-pulled it 1.5 weeks ago. It still hurts & I'm still limping. I haven't tried to deadlift, squat or PC because I don't want to fuck it up & start over. You must have had one of these at some point, what do you suggest for rehab?
On a side note, I attended a seminar a couple weeks ago with John Barnard from Wichita Falls. He claimed to know you--true or not?

I healed mine up with the Prowler. Just beat it into submission. I know John Barnard, but it's been years.
