Refresh my memory, what was wrong with your previous squats again?
Curiously, the first video looks better than the second. It's a little uglier, but depth is better.

I've been trying to adjust weights lighter to get the form correct. But I still fear that there are things missing. Thank you for your harshest critiques.

Previous ones were too high and I didn't shove out my knees enough.
I'd like to know what the ugly part is?

Do you think I should continue from the weight at the first video, or still drop a bit lower to fix some back arch issues? People here (on that other squat form check thread with the same video video because it was moved from Rip Q&A section to here) and from some other forums have pointed out that I have the issue of weak back arch. Or is the breakdown of form inevitable?
