    Default Squat Check, lack of posterior chain

    I could use some help with these. I know that I don't have a very good hip drive, I just seem to have trouble sticking my arse out there to use hip drive. Is it a lack of "up-chest"? Fire away.

    It's hard to see much because of the camera angle and various obstructions (plates, pins, rack etc). Try another video from the back quarter angle.

    Your squats are high, by a few inches.

    I'll switch the J-hooks to the other side of the rack and try again; deeper . Thanks.
