Switching Press And Bench
I'm doing the Bill Starr 5x5 and I really like to press, its not behind or anything but I just really like to press.
Anyone else do this? Were the result good?

I think the reason you're supposed to press on wednesday is that wednesday is considered a "light day," and because the press is a less taxing exercise, you are able to train it heavy without interfering with recovery. If you were to switch the two lifts, you might need to do light bench pressing on wednesday so as to not interfere with your pressing.
Besides, you do want chesticles, don't you?
