Finally got around to loading some pictures from March-present.

I started SS in late March. Had I installed a roid IV at that time, I'm not sure the difference would be much starker. This is after 15+ years of thinking I was working out.

I knew I was stronger, and I knew my numbers had shot up. I thought I did not care about aesthetic changes, but it's kind of fun to see nonetheless.

Thanks for all the incremental help above and beyond the books. Following these discussions day in and day out has been immeasurably helpful.

The pictures aren't worth posting. Just assorted family pics from spring and summer.

Come to think of it, this thread probably wasn't worth starting. I sometimes get the feeling, though, that because we rightly say strength, not aesthetics, is the point of training, one could get the impression you won't put on a lot of muscle or be pleased with physique changes in the program.

Well the title of the post kinda suggests that you loaded the pictures in the post (it would be more correct if you said that you finally found some pictures from March. But that's OK. I'd be disappointed if you were a female.
