Lying Triceps Extension, do these look ok?
Decided to try them out after bench today (ignore the low racked bar in the background on the squat rack, I failed on my last rep)
This is my first time doing these. In my wasted BB days I'd do skull crushers but thats about it.

First set 55lbs second set is 65lbs (assuming the bar weighs 25 lbs, it could weigh 20 or 25 not sure never weighed it)

Closer to the top of your head, not quite so deep, faster up, more elbow extension, and MORE WEIGHT.
