    Default Squat and Belt issue

I have been using a 4"10mm Inzer belt for squats and deads without issues. Recently as I have been going for max lifts with my squats I almost broke my rib. I wore it at the usual place. Tested it with lower weight and no issues. Tried it with a max lift once again it felt like I was going to break a rib. It must be a form issue. I have no video camera to show but could anyone venture a guess where my form is breaking down and causing this issue.

Do you happen to have an unusually short torso? Is it a lever belt?

My torso is neither short nor long, just normal. And no, I have a single prong. Why?

Then I don't know. The only time I felt funny in the ribs was when I was removing the belt which I had put on too tight. But I was asking the OP, actually. Unless you the same problem.

No, I don;t have such silly problems. I know how to wear a simple belt. I just thought you were talking to me. See what mess you created Carlos?

You're from the land down there, not down under.
